Colleen McNamee is the Assistant Director of Career Services and Experiential Learning at the Engineering Career Resource Center at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. In this role, Colleen manages the enrollment process for 3 courses within the College of Engineering to enable students of all degree levels to participate in co-op and internship opportunities during their time at Michigan Engineering. Colleen has leveraged Generative AI tools to offer additional support to students in the courses she manages and has become fascinated with the potential of Generative AI to transform the job search process. Colleen received her Master's degree in Higher Education from the University of Michigan and has worked in the field of career services for 7 years.
