Dave Anguish is the Director of International Students and Scholars in the Center for Global Engagement at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He serves as Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Officer (RO), coordinating immigration services for F-1 students, J-1 Exchange Visitors, and H-1B specialty occupation workers, and leading efforts to ensure UMBC’s compliance with DHS reporting requirements. He has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from UMBC and has worked in international student affairs since 2013. He anticipates receiving a Juris Doctor degree in immigration law in May 2025.
