David Anderson (Lord Anderson of Ipswich KBE KC) is a London-based barrister, trained in Washington DC and Brussels, and a cross-bench member of the House of Lords. Formerly the UK’s Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation, he now chairs the international conflict resolution charity Inter Mediate and the European Institute at University College London.
