Gosbert has spent the last 10 years working across the startup and investment ecosystem in both Europe and Africa. He's the co-founder of Startup Discovery School, a consultancy that designs Incubation and Acceleration programmes for Government and large institutions.

Included within his work is a significant focus on talent. Gosbert is passionate about creating pathways and programmes which ensure that everyone, regardless of background is given the chance to find meaningful, sustainable work.

Gosbert also sits on the Department of Business and Industrial Strategy’s SME Engagement Group.

This group regularly meets with Ministers and has provided strategic support to the Government in formulating business support policy in the UK. In 2022 Gosbert was awarded an MBE as part of the Queen's Honors list for his services to business.
