Isabelle Bitman

Program Administrator, Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Isabelle Bitman is the Program Administrator in the MISTI global experiential learning office at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She manages MIT’s study abroad programs and leads efforts to streamline programs and expand global opportunities across MIT. She graduated from Arcadia University with a BA in History. For more than half of her university career, she was abroad, studying in London twice, Rome, and Stellenbosch. She continued in the field of education abroad by earning her MA in International Educational Development with a focus in Higher Education from Teachers College. Over the past 10 years, she has held various roles across the field of International Education - sending students to study abroad and welcoming exchange students to the United States.  She has presented at the NAFSA XI Regional Conference and served as a committee member at the annual New England Lessons from Abroad conference.
