Born in 1982, Jesús holds a Law Degree and a Business Administration Degree, as well as an online Master's in Contemporary Issues in Human Rights, an Official Master's in Human Rights, Interculturality, and Development, and a PhD in Human Rights and Development. With a background as a professor and researcher at Pablo de Olavide University, Jesús has coordinated its programs focusing on Human Rights. Since 2008, he has served as a Study Abroad professor in the Business area, initially in Seville and since 2016 in CIEE Barcelona. Beyond academia, Jesús has cultivated a career as a consultant in human rights and business-related topics. Additionally, he is one of the founders and currently serves as President of the Human Rights organization "Instituto Joaquín Herrera Flores." Furthermore, Jesús has held the role of Logistics Coordinator at the Fundació per l’Esport I l’Educació de Barcelona (FEEB) since 2016. In this capacity, he has overseen the hosting of CIEE interns since 2019.
