With a Master's degree in Engineering and specialization in Product Design Management from EAFIT University, Juliana has a deep understanding of the intersection between creativity, innovation, and cultural diversity. Her work as a researcher, professor and consultant in Inclusive, Sustainable, and Strategic Design has equipped her with invaluable insights into navigating cultural differences in professional settings.
In the experience of leading the Talent area at EAFIT University, she spearheads initiatives to transform the department to better align with market dynamics and offer more flexible and valuable services to the talent community. Through her leadership, Juliana focuses on creating and strengthening value bonds within the talent community across established companies, entrepreneurship, and public affairs ecosystems. With a keen focus on developing competencies and skills for professional project construction and facilitating connections with job opportunities, Juliana has overseen the implementation of talent experiences through organizational, entrepreneurial, and academic routes for students.
