Mariana is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the fields of technology, mobility, and media. Her career has spanned from working with top-tier DAX500 companies to dynamic start-ups, and now she is a solopreneur. 

She began her professional career in Marketing and Consulting, transitioned to Change Management, followed by Leadership, Executive and Talent Development. 

At the heart of Mariana's work is the synthesis of Change Management and Personal Development. Through Mariana Peters Consulting, she dedicates her expertise to fostering growth in individuals, aiding them in navigating the complexities of their professional and personal landscapes. 

Advocating the 4 Cs of 21st-century learning—critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity—Mariana firmly believes that collaboration is the cornerstone of innovation. She posits that in addition, it not only leads to more rewarding work environments, but also enhances joy and well-being. 

Mariana has pursued studies in International Business, as well as Speech Communication and Rhetoric. Her interest in the spoken word led her to explore the domains of voice and theatre, studying under the guidance of Kristin Linklater in Orkney and with Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA. 

Drawing from her rich multicultural heritage, Mariana's German-Colombian roots and passion for South Korea, have imbued her with unique perspectives that she brings to her work. This blend of cultures has endowed her with a deep appreciation for diversity and an ability to collaborate with people across various backgrounds.
