During this period, Orlagh undertook various roles, including case management, account management, and program management. She was responsible for managing a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients, providing comprehensive support in managing their global workforce. This involved ensuring smooth operational processes and maintaining strict immigration compliance. This role required the ability to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
In her most recent career move, Orlagh joined one of the largest global tech companies in an in-house capacity. Here, she oversees the European sponsored employee population, leveraging her extensive immigration knowledge to offer strategic guidance and operational support to business leaders, HR departments, legal teams, and external partners. Her responsibilities include advising on immigration policies, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the smooth integration of sponsored employees within the organization.
Orlagh has successfully led and delivered numerous high-impact projects, including expansions into new regions, crisis management initiatives, and developing comprehensive immigration policies. Her strategic approach and expertise have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of global talent mobility in a challenging geopolitical landscape.
