Reyes Quezada

Reyes L. Quezada is past Chair and a professor in the Department of Learning and Teaching at the University of San Diego (USD) in the School of Leadership and Education Sciences. His research and teaching focus is on cultural proficiency, equity, family-school and community engagement, action research, community college students of color and their resiliency, and international education. He teaches in USD’s PhD in Education for Social Justice, the Graduate Med. Online and teacher credential program. His many publications include books, book chapters and articles on family-school and community engagement, teacher education, faculty of color, international education, bilingual education, leadership in the Journal of Education for Teaching, Journal of Multicultural Education, the Catholic Education Journal, Teaching Education, and Journal of Education and Teaching, the Journal of Applied Research in Community Colleges, Issues in Teacher Education, and Teacher Education Quarterly
