Most people talk about policy. Agnė Vaiciukevičiūtė has had to make it work. 

As Lithuania’s former Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications, she led national policy across digital infrastructure, telecommunications and sustainable mobility – driving decisions that shaped how millions connect, move and operate. Not on paper, but in practice. Today, she operates on the other side, leading international expansion in regulated markets, while serving as a member of the Vilnius City Council. 

With a PhD in Economics and a background in academia at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, she understands the theory. Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States, she understands the reality. 

Her focus is simple: bridge the gap.
