Jen Mrowka

Jen Mrowka joined CIEE in 2016. As leader of the Strategy team within the Outbound Exchange Division, Jen oversees projects and initiatives related to program development, market research, reporting and analytics.

Prior to joining CIEE, Jen spent 10+ years in strategy consulting with Bain & Company, The Bridgespan Group, and Oliver Wyman.

Jen earned her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is based in Maine.
