I was a CIEE delegate in 2016 (Seattle). Back then I interned for EVONIK Corp. in Alabama as a chemical engineer. Since then, I became a project manager with 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Basel (CH) with Pharmaplan. I am proud to have a track record in project development & delivery as overall responsibility (16 projects, CAPEX ≤ 200mCHF, budget responsibility of up to 3.5mCHF). I try to be a motivating and inspiring manager of multidisciplinary teams of up to 25 with people-focused leadership through vision & strategy. I have a passion for public speaking and customer interaction. In my free time, I enjoy sports, podcasting and just recently co-founded a small venture capital fund in Zürich (CH) with a focus on big data and AI. I am currently on a sabbatical and use the time to attend the full-time MBA program at the University of St. Gallen.
