Closing Plenary: The Baltic Blueprint

Home to some of Europe’s most digitally advanced and diplomatically agile nations, the Baltic region offers a powerful model for how small states can punch above their weight through strategic cooperation, innovation, and education. This closing plenary explores the impact of innovative models like multi-country internships, cross-border study programs, and regional mobility frameworks. This plenary invites participants to reimagine the Baltic region as a collaborative innovation ecosystem, in the European context, where students move fluidly between Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania and the rest of the world, and where universities act as engines of resilience, diplomacy, and digital transformation.
