This session brings together educators, employers, policy-makers, and young professionals to address this critical gap. Together, participants will explore key criteria for a “gold standard” internship and begin shaping a Global Internship Index—a framework for identifying the world’s most effective internship programs, host locations, employers, and academic models. This session will not only spark dialogue around quality and equity in experiential learning but also lay the foundation for a global benchmarking tool that supports innovation and accountability in the internship ecosystem.
