Biography
Jessica Lora is a Project Manager in Industrial Participation at Lockheed Martin Corporation. She began her career as an intern in the International Australian Global Supply Chain department at the company. After earning a degree in Business, she worked for Exostar, a sister company of Lockheed Martin, where she was involved in Business Development, assisting with contracts and supply chain. Following her tenure at Exostar, she returned to Lockheed’s Space department to work in Business Development as a Capture Manager. Jessica’s success in Capture Management led her to pursue opportunities working with international countries, which ultimately led to her relocation to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in the F-35 department.
In her current role, Jessica is deeply passionate about fostering the growth and development of interns. She oversees the intern program, which hosts Danish and Dutch graduate students specializing in Engineering degrees. Jessica has successfully onboarded five different groups of interns and is now preparing for her sixth. Her commitment to ensuring a positive and impactful experience for each intern has not only made a lasting impact but also earned her recognition and an award from her company for improving intern processes.
Outside of work, Jessica is an avid traveler, podcast enthusiast, and outdoor adventurer who enjoys hiking. She loves spending time with family and friends and is always eager to explore new destinations. Jessica was born in Georgia and raised in Syracuse, Utah. Jessica graduated with high honors from Weber State University with a Business degree and went on to earn a master’s degree in International Business from Colorado State University in 2023. Her academic achievements, combined with her personal and professional experience, showcase her passion for continuous learning and advancing the important mission of global business exchange.
