Liisi Org is the CEO of Latitude59, Estonia’s flagship startup and tech conference, and a global platform for early-stage innovation and ecosystem development. Her mission is to empower people to join the global startup and tech world – to build a better, bolder future inspired by Estonia’s fearless DNA and strengthened through global collaboration.

Under Liisi’s leadership, Latitude59 has evolved from a traditional conference into a year-round ecosystem catalyst, connecting founders, investors, corporates, and policymakers through meaningful partnerships, access to capital, and knowledge exchange. The event brings together over 4,000 participants annually in Tallinn, with satellite editions in Kenya and Singapore, and has awarded over €1 million in pitch competition funding to support early-stage founders each year.

Liisi’s career has been rooted in international ecosystem building. A BAFF (Baltic-American Freedom Foundation) alumna, she began her U.S. journey in New York City at NYU’s StartEd Accelerator, where she led the city’s largest EdTech Festival. She also contributed to a startup, Fluent City, creating structured processes for private language learning programs during its growth phase. She later joined Startup Estonia, contributing to the development of Estonia’s startup database and strengthening the national ecosystem. She also serves as Estonia’s National Expert for the World Summit Awards (WSA), amplifying tech solutions driving positive global impact.
