Tallinn is “wired for impact” – its robust digital infrastructure, proactive governance, and highly skilled STEM workforce demonstrate how technology is actively reshaping economies, societies, and public institutions. On this panel, leaders from diverse sectors – including government, higher education, industry – will offer their perspectives on Estonia’s innovation ecosystem, in the European context. By learning from Tallinn’s success as a “living laboratory” this plenary will apply those ideas to how we advance career readiness via internships in any city, country, or region.​
